Many people ask how you can improve spped on both your hands and you feet. Listed below are some methods that have helped me immensly.
Work on the "heel toe" method for your feet, and some exercises that help strengthen your wrists are:
-stress balls
-chinese medicine balls
-holding the stick upside-down in your hand with about an inch or two coming out from the top, then using your fingers and wrist to bring it into your arm. This excercise will help strengthen your hands and wrist, and let you play faster fills.
